Strategy Consulting and Coaching for Change
Red Thread Lab offers strategy consulting, executive coaching, and leadership circles and retreats for individuals and organizations in the fields of global peace and security, human rights, and social justice.
With over two decades of experience in the field through work in government, NGOs, philanthropy, and academia, I combine embodied strategy, deep technical expertise, and a genuine commitment to the individuals and organizations driving this important work.
My approach centers the leaders of this field. If they are left depleted, their organizations and the field as a whole cannot advance with the discernment that is needed now more than ever.
To this end, my services are designed to cultivate clarity, confidence, and ease for those dedicated to transformative change.
